This insurance is liable for:
① the insured goods in transit due to inclement weather, lightning, tsunamis, earthquakes, floods caused by natural disasters of all bulk cargo loss or constructive total loss. When the insured person requires payment constructive total loss, the loss of the goods and rights of the Committee shall pay the insurance company. Insured goods shipped or transported by barge from the seagoing vessel, and each barge loaded cargo may be regarded as a bulk.
② As the means of transport being stranded, sunk, collision, ice or other objects with collision and fire, explosion accidents caused by total or partial loss of goods.
③ has occurred in the transport stranded, sunk, burned accident case, after the goods had been at sea, bad weather, lightning, tsunamis and other natural disasters caused by a partial loss.
④ in handling or in transit or as a number of pieces of the whole cargo into the sea for the full or partial loss.
⑤ the insured person suffered from the dangerous cargo liability insurance to the rescue, cargo damage measures to prevent or reduce the payment of a reasonable fee, not exceeding the amount of insurance of the goods rescued batch limit.
⑥ vehicles in distress, in the port of refuge because the loss caused by unloading and intermediate port, a port of refuge as unloading, storage and transportation of goods produced by special charges.
⑦ general average sacrifice, sharing and relief costs.
